PlatiqData Analytics ("PlatiqData," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by MySpace MyVibe LLC (EIN 30-1408679), a Wyoming limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

By using PlatiqData, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Name, email address, and organization name
  • Password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text)
  • Billing information (processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)
  • Role and permissions within your tenant

Analytics Metadata

  • Dashboard configurations, chart definitions, and layout settings
  • Database connection metadata (host, port, database name)
  • Table and column schema information used for exploration features

Query History

  • SQL queries executed through the Service
  • Query execution timestamps and performance metrics
  • Error messages and logs related to query execution

Usage Data

  • Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • IP address and general geographic location

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate users and enforce access controls
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional communications (account verification, password resets, billing notifications)
  • Monitor system performance and diagnose technical issues

When you connect a database to PlatiqData, you provide credentials (such as hostname, port, username, and password) that enable us to query your database on your behalf. These credentials are:

  • Encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption
  • Used solely to execute queries you initiate through the Service
  • Never accessed by PlatiqData staff except with your explicit consent for troubleshooting purposes
  • Not shared with any third party

We recommend using read-only database credentials with minimal required permissions when connecting to PlatiqData.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or analytics data to any third party. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: With trusted sub-processors who assist in delivering the Service (see Section 7)
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to affected users
  • With your consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing for a specific purpose

6. AI Data Processing

Customers on the Scale tier may use AI-powered features such as natural language query generation. When these features are used:

  • Database schema metadata (table names, column names, and data types) is sent to Anthropic, our AI provider
  • No raw data rows from your databases are transmitted
  • Your data is not used for training AI models
  • AI processing occurs in the United States

If you do not wish for schema metadata to be processed by AI, you may disable AI features in your account settings or choose a subscription tier that does not include AI capabilities.

We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your information:

  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Access to data is restricted based on user roles and permissions
  • Audit logging: All sensitive operations are logged for security monitoring and compliance
  • Infrastructure security: Firewall rules, intrusion detection, and regular security updates

9. Data Location

PlatiqData servers are located in Falkenstein, Germany (EU). All account data, metadata, and dashboard configurations are stored in this location by default.

Enterprise tier customers may request US data residency as part of their service agreement. Please contact our sales team for details on data residency options.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations
  • Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
